Valentine's Day Cookies

PB cookie mix dyed pink with gel food coloring and white chocolate hershey kisses and raspberry hershey kisses. . .They were a hit at work and easy to make.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Mint & White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Melt a small bowl of each mint chocolate and white chocolate chips in the microwave. Add veggie oil to thin if neccessary.
Lay out a piece of wax paper.
Dip half of the cookies halfway into the white or into the mint chocolate.
Place on wax paper until dry.
