Cut an old tshirt just below the pits so it's a rectangle.
Cut one side seam so it opens up.
Cut the lace the same width. I made the lace the same length as the opened up tshirt piece.
Sew the lace on the tshirt piece ends, it won't fray so it can over lap on top of the tshirt an inch or two. Be sure to keep it flat so it makes a circle scarf.
