Cook ground turkey/beef in the crock pot



Spray the crock pot with pam. Add some garlic to the bottom.
Season the ground turkery generously with salt, pepper, minced onion, garlic powder, italian seasoning and whatever else you'd like. Add to the crock pot.


I threw a red onion end to the top to add flavor.
Cook on low 8 hours or on high 4-5 hours until the meat is no longer pink.
Run a fork through to spearate and use it in whatever meal you're making.
