half a loaf of french bread, cut into cubes and put in a small casserole dish
5 eggs whisked with some milk and half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Pour the eggs over the bread cubes
Cut cream cheese into thin slices and dot the bread cubes
Using a spoon, press the cubes down
Drizzle maple syrup over the top
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes
Serve with warmed maple syrup
Or make ahead and refrigerate overnight for more flavor
