These were a mistake...I thinned the white chocolate waaaayyy too much for these peanut butter ritz cracker sandwiches so they didn't look as nice as the milk chocolate. they kind of looked like melting snowmen so I used the milk chocolate and dotted on eyes and a mouth with a toothpick and added an orange sprinkle for the nose. I think they are very cute.
