This is the birthday card I made for a friend. I ripped 3 "petal" shaped scraps of a pink paper and a yellow center and colored the white edges with a coordinating marker. The leaf is a green piece of paper and the stem is a green ribbon. I added a little shiny gem in the center of the flower and a cut out that says Happy Birthday from the cricut cartridge beyond birthdays. Very easy!

Pop Top Can
This is the pop top can I made for my friend's birthday. It only took a minute and is really cute...pineapple from a can for breakfast today! Inside is the lia sophia earring box that I wrapped and a burt's bees chapstick. All you do is cut the bottom off with a safe edge can opener, decorate it with paper, ribbon etc., fill it up & hot glue the bottom!

Halloween Decorations
The top picture is hard to see but it's a grapvine wreath in the center window pane decorated with ghosts, pumpkins, tombstones and a big spider and spider web. The sides have a mummy and a ghost. In the living room there are two black cats (Rosa and Muffin) and a pumpkin. Pam cut these out on her cricut last year using, I think the paperdoll cartridge and the doodlecharms cartridge...I could be wrong though. We outlined the edges and inked them.

Twinchies
I had no idea what inchies or twinchies were until I saw them all over www.craftster.com. Inchies are 1 inch squares that you can decorate however you want with paper, paint, fabric etc. and twinchies are 2 inch sqaures.
This was the Twinchie Swap I did with my sister. I'll post a pic. of the ones she made me tomorow.

Clothespin Magnets
I cut strips of decorative paper and glued them onto these clothespins to jazz them up. On the back is a strip of magnet with an adhesive side. I just cut it down to size and stuck it on the back. I think they came out really cute - good for holding pictures on a fridge or filing cabinet. The clothespins came in a pack of 24 for a couple of dollars and the magnetic strip was under a dollar. I'm going to make a bunch more for the craft fair. I'll display the onesies with them and sell the sets for....$2?

Summer Scrapbook Page
Yet another scrapbook page contest that I never entered. I think this one was a Pagemaps layout from www.pagemaps.com. I think it came out cute and I got to use almost all of the pictures I took of our day hiking up Mt. Rattlesnake.

Chaos
This was a layout that I did for a challenge on www.heaven-sent.com.au. I never entered it into the contest but it helped motivate me to finish the page on time

Anniversary Tile
Here is my first attempt at a tile with vinyl. I somehow pulled this off last minute with the world's worst headache for a friend's 15th wedding anniversary. I used glossy gray vinyl, it would have looked better with the matte but I think it still came out pretty. I used the opposites attract cartridge for the letters and numbers and the home decor cartridge for the swirl. Very easy to make and the tile was about $1.00 at Lowes and then I got a plate rack (with a rooster on it but the tile covers it) at Family Dollar for $3.00. I will definitely keep this idea in mind because it was cheap, fast and easy.

Zebra Lanyard
I figured it out without a pattern. Very easy to make a lanyard for a school/work ID badge holder. I found the swivelhook/rings in the jewelry findings at Joanns and you just need a piece of fabric about 40" long x 3" wide. You press the fabric in half, open it up and fold each edge towards the center, then press in half again so the finished version is a skinny 3/4 of an inch which fits perfectly on a 3/4" D ring (at the end of the swivel hook) I top stitched down both sides, put the D ring on and sewed the ends together. I sewed a rectangle to hold the badge flat and "X" stitched to finish it off.
Only 324098234908 more to make for the craft fair. . .if I get in.
